CSM Presents Hot Grom Shorts Film Contest

The California Surf Festival is coming once again to Oceanside and this year will feature the Hot Grom Shorts Film Contest. Kids 19 years and under can try their hand at making their very own surf or skate film that will play if chosen for the festival.
